Call or visit our website and choose your location, select the unit you want and complete the tenant and payment information, and get instant access.
We have two convenient locations: one in Hutchinson at 2511 E 17th Ave and one in South Hutchinson at 712 N Walnut St. Both facilities offer the same great features and service.
It is extremely quick and easy to rent. Simply go on your phone or laptop and sign the lease, make your payment and you're all set. You get instant access right then!
All units are month-to-month rentals. Just give us notice before the end of the month and move out without being charged for additional months!
We do not accept cash. Payment can only be made via credit/debit card or via ACH (same as a check).
You can make a payment online through your tenant portal. Hutchinson tenants can log in at this portal, and South Hutchinson tenants at this portal. You can also call us at (620) 662-7336 for assistance.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash App, and ACH (same as a check). We do not accept cash.
Yes! We proudly offer a 10% discount for active duty military and veterans. Just let us know when you sign up and we'll apply the discount to your account.
Yes, we offer affordable tenant protection plans starting at $2,000 in coverage. Plans are priced monthly and included in your total rental fee. Learn more about our protection plans.
Yes! We provide a free lock with every unit rental. You'll receive it when you sign up for your unit.
Our office hours are Monday through Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday Noon–4pm. You can reach us by phone or text outside of these hours as well.
